Booking Process\n<p>Bookings can be requested directly through our website <a href=\"https:\/\/44skippers.com\/pt\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"931\">44skippers.com<\/a>, either by registered users or as guests.<\/p>\n<p>To request a booking, the user must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1115\">\n<li data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1055\">Select the service, date, boat, and time;<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1115\">Complete the form with the required personal information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once submitted, the user will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of the booking request.<br data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1222\" \/>&#x26a0;&#xfe0f; This email does not confirm the reservation.<\/p>\n<p>After reviewing the request, 44 Skippers will contact the client to confirm the availability and send the payment instructions via bank transfer, MBWay or PayPal.<\/p>\n<p>Only after:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1524\">\n<li data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1482\">receiving full payment, and<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1524\">confirmation of the proof of payment,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>will the booking be officially confirmed. The client will then receive a final confirmation email with all relevant service details.<\/p>\n<p>Registered users can track their bookings and status in the &#8220;My Account&#8221; section of the website.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1762\" data-end=\"1765\" \/>\n2. Payment Terms\n<ul data-start=\"1793\" data-end=\"2098\">\n<li data-start=\"1793\" data-end=\"1846\">Full payment is required to validate the booking.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1926\">Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving payment instructions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"2022\">If payment is not received within this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2023\" data-end=\"2098\">All prices are in euros (\u20ac) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2100\" data-end=\"2103\" \/>\n3. Cancellations by the Client\n<p>If the client wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, the following rules apply:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2431\">\n<li data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2286\">Cancellation with 7 or more days&#8217; notice: full refund<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2287\" data-end=\"2366\">Cancellation between 6 and 3 days before the scheduled tour: 50% refund<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2367\" data-end=\"2431\">Cancellation less than 72 hours before the tour: no refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cancellations must be sent by email to <a rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2474\" data-end=\"2493\">info@44skippers.com<\/a> and include the booking reference.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2532\" data-end=\"2535\" \/>\n4. Cancellations by 44 Skippers\n<p>44 Skippers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour in case of:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2652\" data-end=\"2802\">\n<li data-start=\"2652\" data-end=\"2689\">Adverse weather or sea conditions<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2690\" data-end=\"2742\">Mechanical or operational issues with the vessel<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2743\" data-end=\"2802\">Force majeure or unforeseen events that compromise safety<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In such cases, the client will be entitled to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"2921\">\n<li data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"2872\">A full refund; or<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2873\" data-end=\"2921\">Reschedule the tour for another available date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No other compensation will be provided.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2964\" data-end=\"2967\" \/>\n5. No-Shows and Delays\n<ul data-start=\"3001\" data-end=\"3218\">\n<li data-start=\"3001\" data-end=\"3098\">Clients must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3099\" data-end=\"3218\">In the case of late arrival or no-show, the tour may proceed without the client and no refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3220\" data-end=\"3223\" \/>\n6. Check-in Briefing and Safety\n<p>All passengers will receive a Safety Briefing before departure, which includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3350\" data-end=\"3520\">\n<li data-start=\"3350\" data-end=\"3414\">Location and proper use of life jackets (available on board)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3415\" data-end=\"3460\">Navigation plan and key safety procedures<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3461\" data-end=\"3520\">Guidelines on movement, conduct and emergency protocols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clients are required to follow the instructions of the skipper and crew at all times.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3609\" data-end=\"3612\" \/>\n7. Participant Responsibility Statement\n<p>All participants must accept the risks associated with maritime activities by signing a Participant Waiver before boarding.<\/p>\n<p>This document confirms that the participant:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3837\" data-end=\"4211\">\n<li data-start=\"3837\" data-end=\"3898\">Understands the physical and environmental risks involved<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3899\" data-end=\"3977\">Agrees to follow the safety instructions and use the equipment as directed<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3978\" data-end=\"4074\">Authorises the use of photos and videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4075\" data-end=\"4211\">Waives any legal claims against 44 Skippers, staff or partners and agrees to compensate for damages caused by negligence or misconduct<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4213\" data-end=\"4216\" \/>\n8. Environmental Commitment and Behaviour on Board\n<p>Clients are expected to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4303\" data-end=\"4443\">\n<li data-start=\"4303\" data-end=\"4337\">Respect the marine environment<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4338\" data-end=\"4380\">Avoid littering or disturbing wildlife<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4381\" data-end=\"4443\">Behave responsibly and respectfully to other guests and crew<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Failure to comply may lead to exclusion from the activity without refund.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4520\" data-end=\"4523\" \/>\n9. Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Aplic\u00e1vel e Foro Competente\n<p>These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from the booking or service will be submitted to the courts of Lisbon, unless otherwise determined by applicable legislation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4763\" data-end=\"4766\" \/>\n10.
